To answer all customer interactions by phone on IT related enquiries, and product features.
Answers all customer interactions on a timely basis, takes accurate information, route to relevant parties if necessary for resolution, and to ensure timely response to the customers.
Recognizes customer problems and resolves it for customers' satisfaction directly or through transfer to proper unit for resolution.
To feedback / escalate any urgent / critical issues or problems to management on a timely basis.
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A", any field.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English

Responsible for the sales and accounts management of key and general account customers of ACN System Solutions Sdn. Bhd.
Develop sales strategies and plans, implement and monitor sales activities to achieve targeted sales revenue in various market segments.
To enhance and develop strong client relationship.
Generate and find new business opportunities in the targeted market and convert them from prospects into sales.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Possess Strong Communication, excellence interpersonal and Presentation Skill
At least 1 year of corporate sales experience in the IT industry.
Result oriented and prove track record of key and major accounts sales.
